Terms

Effective 2026-10-28.

Who we are

Rodent Control San Francisco is a referral line. When you call, we connect you with an independent pest control company licensed to work in San Francisco. We don't inspect, trap or treat anything ourselves. That company sets its own prices and schedule and stands behind its own work.

About the articles here

Our pages are general reading about rats and mice in San Francisco. They don't replace an inspection, a quote, or legal advice about a landlord or tenant situation. Read and follow the label on any trap, bait or cleaner you use.

As is

We offer the site and the line as is. We can't promise availability, timing or price from any company. Settle those with the company directly.

Responsibility

To the extent the law permits, Rodent Control San Francisco is not responsible for the work of the independent companies we refer you to, or for losses from using this site.

Changes

We may revise these terms by posting the new version on this page.
